How the writing gets done

Approval

Every post at once. Edit opens the studio for that one. Skip drops a post from the set. Export unlocks when nothing is left undecided.

Export

The zip holds numbered PNGs plus a CSV with caption, hashtags, keyword and alt text. Skipped posts are left out of everything.

Approve every post on step 5 to unlock export. Export anyway, before everything is decided

Birdeye bulk upload

Fills the Bulk-Posting template. One row per channel per post, using the dates set on step 4. Image URLs must be public, so host the PNGs first and paste the folder URL below.

Leave the folder URL blank and the image columns come through empty, ready for you to paste in after uploading. If you fill it, the tool builds each URL from the folder plus the PNG filename, which match the zip exactly.
